1. This is my first time here. How do I get started?

2. Are there any costs for playing the games at SkillPod.com?
The SkillPod.com games site is totally free.
3. How many times can I play?

4. Can I change my personal information such as my address or password?
Yes! Just click on "My Profile" at the top of the page.
5. Is my account information confidential?
Yes, your information is never sold or made public.
6. What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
Your password can be emailed to you by requesting it on the "I Forgot my Password link".
7. I'm getting incomplete game screens.
First of all, please ensure that your are using the latest versions of Macromedia Flash, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Next, go to Tools at the top of your browser's window, then go to Internet Options, Temporary Internet Files, and click on Settings. About 3/4 of the way down it will say Amount of Disk Space _____MB. Please make sure that this is over 650.
8. I'm clicking on a game to play it, but the game window isn't opening.
If you have a pop-up blocker or toolbar installed, this is most likely preventing the game window from opening. To play the game, hold down your "Ctrl" key while you click on the game link.
9. The SkillPod Games Site Privacy Policy
SkillPod.com collects personally identifying information during tournament registration and this information is used to ship you your prizes. SkillPod.com may use such information to fulfil prizes, track compliance with our Rules, or for content improvement and feedback purposes.

Each email we send you will include a description of the simple opt out process to enable you to stop receiving future e-mail.

All registrants receive e-mail confirming their Registration and subsequent entries in SkillPod.com, and weekly SkillPod.com results with information of interest from SkillPod.com and our content partners.

Players e-mail addresses are never posted on the SkillPod.com Web site.

10. I'm not able to chat?
You probably have a default nickname of "skillcon" you need to change this under My Profile, as each user needs a unique nickname to be able to chat to other users.
11. How to Chat?
Click on the name of the person you wish to chat with, they will receive and invitation. Once they've accepted the invitation the chat window will open and you can start chatting.
12. What are Pods?
Game Pods are awarded to players for winning tournaments on SkillPod.com or awarded for special events and promotions. In the future pods will be redeemed for prizes.
