Robert Rowe, a retired 26-year career in fire service in 2007 serving 18 years as Fire Marshal of Deputy City Downey, taking extensive expertise in fire investigation / arson, fire prevention and hazardous materials. Rowe has served as president of Area E arson Task Force, which includes the city of Downey, Montebello, Santa Fe Springs, Compton, Long Beach and Vernon. In general, he has investigated over 1200 fires and has provided expert testimony in numerous civil and criminal cases.

In 2006 Robert formed his own consulting firm to fire, Pyrocop, Inc. Rowe has been certified as a fire investigator in the State of California, the International Association of Investigators arson and the National Association of Fire Investigators.
